Q: Are our mobile phones unlocked?
A: Singapore is the first country that forbids outright SIM locking thus all mobile phones are SIM-free or unlocked and can be use with any sim card compatible with our network.
Q: Are our price inclusive of GST?
A: As we are not GST registered company so all our prices listed here is nett price.
Q: Are there any hidden charges?
A: No, so long as the mode of payment is in cash. As for electronics payment a one-time charge will be applicable. What we advertised is nett price and there are no gimmicks or hidden charges. What we advertised will be what you are receiving (the full warranty by the manufacturer and all the contents inside).
Q: Do our products come with the 7 days exchange policy?
A: No we do not, so we strongly recommend our customers to check thoroughly our products before leaving our store. If the product is defective at the point of sales, we will give a one to one exchange immediately. Thereafter, all products that are faulty must be sent to the respective service centre in Singapore.
Q: Do we have instalment plan?
A: It depends on your credit card bank provider whether they have any instalment plan.
Q: Do we have stocks of all our products listed on our website?
A: Yes we do. However due to the fast turnover rate of our products, it is advisable to give us a call to enquire or make reservation.
Q: Do we offer GST refund for tourist?
A: No because we do not charged GST on our products as we are not GST registered company.
Q: Do we provide delivery service?
A: Yes we do & there is a delivery fee of S$20 applicable. You may contact us for more details because different charges may apply for different locations.
Q: Does our mobile phones come with international warranty?
A: Unless specified, all products carry only local warranty.

Q: What is the difference between export and local warranty set?
A: Local warranty set is supplied by the local distributor and carries a minimum one year warranty from the manufacturer. As for the export set, it is parallel imported from other countries thus carries no warranty by any manufacturer.
Q: What is the mode of payment?
A: All prices stated are in cash payment and applicable for self-collection at our store. There is additional 4% charge on NETs and credit cards payment.

Q: Why your pricing is so much lower than other reputable major stores in Singapore?
A: We do not spend much cost in advertising. Most of our customers come from referral s and online prospects. We also order our products in bulk and retail it to our customers at the lowest price possible. In addition we maintain a close relationship with our distributor so that we can pass the savings to our customer.
